eGiftcards Service
eGift cards is a service that allows you to send a present to any person you choose. This service is provides a perfect solution if you want to give a gift to someone that you know they will love. All you have to do is enter the e-mail of the chosen person.
Here is a short guide for using the eGift Cards service:
-choose a voucher for £10, £15, £25, £50, £75 or £100
-enter either the home address or the e-mail address of the person to whom you would like to send the eGiftcard
-write a short personalised message (optional)
-add the eGiftcard to the basket
-finalise the order by filling out the online payment form
When these steps are completed the recipient will receive an e-mail with a unique code which will allow them to purchase items to the value of the voucher. If they spend over they will be directed to the online payment for where they can pay the difference.
Account / Password reminder
After registering to our online store you will automatically recieve an e-mail with your login and password. By logging in to Exotic-Decor.co.uk you will get full access to your account and personal data.
If you forget your password you can always click the
'Forgotten Password' link and enter your e-mail address where you will recieve an e-mail with all your login details.
Tracking my order
When you choose Next Day Delivery, you will recieve a tracking number which allows you to track your package from the warehouse to your door.
By choosing the 1-2 days option you have to personally sign the reciept form from the courier. You cannot track your package with this option.
If you to not recieve your package by the requested time, please contact us via our
Contact Form.If the order was made through Standard Delivery, which should take 1-3 working days, we will be unable to inform you of the status of the package until 5 working days, as this is the point when Royal Mail contacts us.
