How to order

The best way to shop at Exotic-Decor.co.uk is to make an online order. You can do this by one of two easy ways:

1. After registration your private account is created automatically, and you can login at any time. Exotic-Decor.co.uk has been designed so you can shop with as few clicks as possible! It's easier and faster than ordering by phone, which is also possible.

2. You can also order by e-mail. Just send your order to the following address (orders@exotic-decor.co.uk). Include your name, surname, address, item name and your phone number. In the e-mail subject write "Order - product name". After completing the validation form you with recieve an automatic message with the link to the online payment form.

Returns / How to return an order

If the item you ordered is clearly damaged, we ask you to not receive the package from the courier, but fill in the Return Form.
If the product does not fulfil your expectations you can send it back within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Before you send the product back, please fill in the Return Form, where you can describe the defects in a more precise way.
If the package has no defect, but the product was damaged during transportation, you can send the product back within 5 working days of receiving the item. Again, before sending back please fill in the Return Form.
We run a returns policy and an exchange process for new products. If you are not satisfied with the product we will return in within 2 weeks of the receiving date. If you want to exchange the product for another, you will have to pay the difference in price.
We cover all costs for returns. Just send the product through Royal Mail.
